PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT BELOW TO AVOID ERRORS. 

What to know when setting up online payments!
  • If you have sent an ACH DEBIT FORM (paper form) you SHOULD NOT be setting up reoccurring payments online to avoid being debited twice. 
    • You can, however, make a onetime payment if you have a balance due as your account must be at a zero balance to have the ACH DEBIT FORM setup by our accounting team. You can find this form under the Documents Tab & Forms.  
  • There are Two Options to Pay - One Time Payment & Reoccurring Payment. With both of these options you have the Option to pay with either eCheck or Credit Card which has a 3.25% charge to the processing company. 
  • If you are making your payment with Credit Card this will take you to PayLease to process your credit card. You have already securely logged into your community website, so you are also securely logged into PayLease.
  • Payment processing or changes of information to accounts that have reoccurring payments previously setup will take place 24-48 hours during business working days.
  • Your Association payments are due on the 1st. If you setup a reoccurring payment to start at the end of the month to pay the next payment period, please ensure that your account has a zero balance for your current payment period.
  • If your account does not have a zero balance, we recommend that you make a onetime payment first and then setup reoccurring payments. NOTE: When you setup reoccuring payments, you are asked what DAY of the month this will start. This does not mean DAY of the next month. If the day of the month you have chosen has not yet passed in the current month, then you will be deducted for the amount you have chosen even if your account has a zero balance which would then create a credit on your account.
  • Please note that you will need to update the amount you are being debited annually if your community budget changes the following year. If you are not sure how much you need to pay you can view your Account Info Tab.
  • If you own more than one home/unit in this Association or another Association that is managed by ASG please make sure that you are making the payment for the correct home/unit or Association. You can double check this by viewing your Payment History under the Account Information Tab.
